Terms of Sale
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on LukeWildlife.com (the "Site"), a sole proprietorship operating under an assumed business name registered with the State of Oregon. By placing an order through the Site, you agree to these terms.
Products
We sell fine art prints of original wildlife and nature photography captured primarily in Central Oregon and the surrounding region. Product descriptions, sizes, and pricing are listed at the time of purchase. If/when digital downloads or licensed image use become available, those products will be governed by a separate licensing agreement provided at the time of purchase.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. We do not store your payment card details.
Order Fulfillment
Print orders are produced and fulfilled through our print partner, Pixieset, and/or our chosen print lab. Processing and shipping times will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation email. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers once an order has left our print partner's facility.
Color and Print Variation
Because monitors and devices display color differently, the colors you see on screen may vary slightly from the final printed product. We work with professional print labs to ensure color accuracy, but minor variation between screen and print is normal and is not grounds for a refund on its own.
Returns and Refunds
Because each print is produced specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns. However:
If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lukewildlife.com with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If an order is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier and print partner to resolve it.
Image Use and Copyright
All images sold through this Site remain the copyright of LukeWildlife.com. Purchase of a physical print does not grant the right to reproduce, scan, copy, or redistribute the image in any form, digital or physical, without separate written permission.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if production has not yet begun. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@lukewildlife.com if you need to cancel an order.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LukeWildlife.com's liability for any issue with an order is limited to the purchase price of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order governs that order.
